In the event of my application being approved. I agree to be bounded by the Rules & Regulations of the Club and by any modification or addition to such Rules & Regulations that may be afffected during the period of my membership.


MEMBERSHIP ENTRANCE FEES AND SUBSCRIPTION FEES: MODE OF PAYMENT
  1. Membership Entrance Fee : USD 100.00 - One time payment only.
  2. Subscription Fees : The subcription fee is only USD 24.00 yearly, payable in full upon joining. All payment by cheque, bank draft and money order should be made payable to STAR FAMILY CLUB Sdn. Bhd.
  3. All yearly subscription of USD 24.00 must be paid in full before the end of the month of January of every year.
